About

I'm Allie Saunders, the Founder and Wellness Coach at Worthy of Well. For over 15 years, I've devoted myself to enhancing my personal health and wellness, continuously educating myself to better assist others on their wellness journey.

​

In 2016, I completed my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at the University of Dubuque and subsequently achieved certification as a Personal Trainer through the NSCA. Committed to broadening my wellness vision, I've also earned certifications in Clinical Health Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, CrossFit (Level 2 Trainer), Sleep, Stress Management & Recovery Coaching, Pre & Postnatal Coaching, and as a Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist. Most recently, I became a PN Certified Master Health Coach and earned my National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential in December 2024.

Why Worthy of Well? For the longest time, I grappled with feelings of unworthiness, stuck in a fixed mindset, negative feedback loop, and self-sabotaging behaviors. Desiring change, I sought to feel good and worthy. Through inner work and continuous education, I've achieved a sense of worthiness. Now, armed with knowledge, expertise, real-world experience, and a passion for supporting others on their wellness journey, I am here for you—taking a client-centered approach with everyone I meet. I have experience working with women in the pre and postnatal space, athletes training for school sports, individuals recovering from injury, those building strength and resilience post-menopause, and everything in between. My training options are flexible to meet different needs, including in-home training at my home gym, hybrid training (a mix of in-person sessions and customized home workout programming), and traveling to clients' homes for one-on-one sessions.

In addition to my work through Worthy of Well, I offer group fitness classes at Statera, including Power Sculpt, TRX, and Mommy & Me Fit (for kids ages 12 months to 5 years). I also provide one-on-one personal training and health coaching sessions for those looking for individualized support. On the weekends, I teach KidFit/TeenFit at CrossFit Dubuque, designed for kids ages 7-15 to help them build strength, confidence, and a love for movement.

I advocate for a holistic wellness approach that goes beyond exercise and nutrition. Monitoring stress levels, sleep quality, daily environments, and effective recovery are crucial aspects. Experience the transformative journey with Worthy of Well.
